preparing for change

BEing stable is extremely comfortable and somewhat predictable so naturally  all humans thrive here! Perhaps thou it is stability we choose because somewhere along the path we were faced with adversity! As difficult as life can be, it is important to reflect upon our past more specifically our difficult pasts.

As I am sitting here now, I reflect back to all those struggles that I've faced in my lifetime. Today's difficulties create this edgy stomach twist, this tight sensation of discomfort! On my mind however, reflection backwards no longer gives my nervous system that symptom!  Why then was it there sometime ago and gone today? perhaps that Fear and uncertainty has resolved, and I am stronger now, and have been successful in change.

Each fearful opportunity helps us develop ourselves. Despite the edgy sensations we all acquire during difficult moments, we grow, we mature, and we learn how to conquere! IN essence it is a life survival skill. IT is resiliency!

think back to your latest difficult moment!  how well did you face the moment?!  Did you approach this fear, work through the fear, and conquer this delinquency or Did you with drawl, reject back, freeze or fall apart?!

perhaps the skills from yesterday gave  you strength for today but Perhaps it did not!

Managing change effectively isn't a skill we are born with, but rather one we have learned. IN essence it is stress management. Difficult edgy moments are what make us the strong beings we become, therefore how we approach difficulty defines much of who we are today! KNowing that fear and difficulty is necessary can ease your struggle just a little bit more! Move through your fears, face them and work to achieve success!  It is a life skill necessary for survival, as difficult as each fear feels! Take today and allow your fears stop holding you back! It's life challenges that give you a stronger tomorrow! Fear and difficulty are necessary, and truthfully there a powerful piece of what develops you into you!
